Delivery, Refunds
& Returns

Collection

If you have selected to collect your item(s) from our studio, please wait for an email confirmation of when we are available for you to collect. Our standard processing time is 3 working days, but if you need your order sooner, please pop us an email at claire.sporton@icloud.com.

Collection of your product(s) is available from our studio; 83, Culverden Down, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9SL

Once you have collected your item(s) we are not liable for any damage caused by yourself or others to your product(s).
 

Delivery

Please note we ONLY deliver to UK, we currently do not offer delivery to EU or US

 

Order processing time

Once an order has been received, we will ship your item(s) within 3 working days unless you have been advised otherwise through a notice on our website.

 

We use Royal Mail 48 for all UK orders. Shipping Mon-Sat*.

Pricing starts at £5.50 and increases in increments depending on the weight of the items purchased.

 *orders must be placed before 18:00 GMT Monday to Friday and please note that during busy periods it may take a few extra days to process your order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if the wrong items are accidentally shipped to you or if they arrive broken. If this does occur, please contact us via email at claire.sporton@icloud.com providing your order number and images of the goods received. If required, further information will be given to you at this stage on how to return the item.

Return claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.

Please understand that shipping costs are not refundable in any case.

Custom-made orders and discounted items (samples and seconds) cannot be returned.

Order cancellations

If you made an order by mistake, you have 24 hours to cancel. Please send a clear email to claire.sporton@icloud.com.with your order number. We will email back to confirm receipt and issue a refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
 

Liability

claire sporton ceramics does not accept any liability for lost or damaged possessions and will not be liable for any loss suffered by you resulting from any event which is beyond the reasonable control of claire sporton ceramics

 

Pottery Experiences

Refunds

If you qualify for a refund you are able to request one. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Unfortunately we are unable to refund for experiences booked using gift vouchers but we can hold it on account for up to 6 months.
